I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1–4 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Average transit times:
– United States: 2–14 business days
– United Kingdom: 2–14 business days
– Canada: 2–14 business days
Please note that unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping delays. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as shipping is handled by external carriers.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no cost. To cancel, email us at info@uswus.com with the subject line “CANCEL.” Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If your shipping address is incorrect, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at info@uswus.com immediately. Corrections can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We package all items with care, but approximately 1 in 1,000 items may be damaged during shipping. If this happens:
– Email us at info@uswus.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
– We will send a replacement free of charge.
FOR PRE-ORDERED OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, available items will ship immediately. Pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If your order is split, rest assured the remaining items will follow shortly.

Shipping to Remote Areas
While we strive to provide shipping services across the United States, some remote locations may not be covered by our standard shipping providers. These locations are defined as “remote areas” by carriers such as DHL and FedEx.
If your address is classified as a remote area:
- You may need to pay an additional remote area shipping fee of $30.
- Alternatively, you can provide us with a different shipping address that is not categorized as remote.
